Partners
Partnership is all about a cooperative relationship between people who want to share responsibility for achieving something very special. And that's what we've got right here in the New Forest.
There are a number of groups that the New Forest District Council partners with and they all work together for one reason: 'To enhance the quality of lives of the present and future generations of the people of the New Forest.'
Some of the partners who work alongside the council are:
- The Community Safety Partnership
- The New Forest Business Partnership
- The Changing Lives Partnership (local strategic partnership)
- Community First New Forest (a council of voluntary service supporting the voluntary and community sector)
- Hampshire Primary Care Trust (PCT)
- The New Forest National Park Authority
- The Forestry Commission
- Hampshire County Council
- Hampshire Constabulary
- Hampshire Fire and Rescue
- The town and parish councils
- Project Integra (Hampshire's integrated waste management initiative)
- PUSH (Partnership for Urban South Hampshire)
